Cinematic short story inspired from the film "The Seventh Seal" by Ingmar Bergman.

This is the ciclycal battle of life and death that are eternally dancing as two black holes waiting to collide eachother for a new cicle. The story starts with the hand of the Life that starts the metronome that symbolise the birth. Then Life and Death meet eachother again and start playing a a chess match as the cycle of nature itself. At the beginning they are phisically playing the match using impossible techniques, but it gradually fades into a more abstract battle, something like going into their ancient consciousness in a separeted loneliness that however is not enought to lead to a conclusion. With this we wanted to underline the high number of battles that we have to fight in our lives without any help, alone. That moment when seems that every particle in the universe is against you, but you have to keep control and keep fighting for a great cause. Then they starts to fight physically again but this time stronger than before. This represent the most difficult problems and battles in our lives, as big choises that radically determinatre your future. Life and death want to win their match because everyone wants to reach the top of something in oure lives, complete our objectives and have control, like a fortress on the top of an hill. At the end Life comes out from the sea, from the water (that is life itself) and Death comes out from the dark clearing. They finally understand that one needs the other for the balance of the nature. At the end we showed a simple scene of the sea that means you are still living, you are in the middle of the battle so you have to keep going on and appreciate every single moment of your life, but unavoidably will arrive the moment when Death comes and stops the beat of the time (this is the last scene) completing the cycle.
